Homemade Muscle Rub




Uses: sore muscles and cramps, sprains, strains, and arthritis pain


Ingredients:


1 cup Dandelion infused oil - Oil can be infused with any herb that has anti-inflammatory properties.  


¼ cup Beeswax


15 drops Rose essential oil


20 drops Lavender essential oil


25 drops Peppermint essential oil - more peppermint oil can be used if you are looking for that cooling effect you get with store-bought muscle rub.  


25 drops or ¼ tsp Vitamin E oil
